Filipino graduates hired for expansion of global operationsThomson Reuters, which claims to be the world’s leading provider of intelligent information for businesses, is currently hiring hundreds of new graduates and professionals for its expanding operations in the Philippines.

Its existing workforce in the country already number over a thousand. Thomson Reuters provide highlycritical information for the world’s leading decision makers in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, scientific, healthcare and media markets. Manila serves as the hub for Thomson Reuters Markets Customer Service, particularly for its English language first-line product support for Data and Applications and Technical functions.

Filipino workers perform part of the global entitlements transactions processing for markets. Manila also supports the company’s North American Legal organization by generating content for its flagship products.

Over the years, the company has grown into one of the world’s largest international, multicultural organizations with offices and customers around the globe. Its main headquarters is located in New York with major operations in London and Eagan, Minnesota. It employs 50,000 workers in 93 countries.

Its Manila Operations Center is spread across a handful of locations in Ayala, Makati and McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
