Its existing workforce in the country already number over a thousand. Manila serves as the hub for Thomson Reuters Markets Customer Service, particularly for its English language first-line product support for Data and Applications and Technical functions.

Filipino workers perform part of the global entitlements transactions processing for markets. Manila also supports the company’s North American Legal organization by generating content for its flagship products.

Its main headquarters is located in New York with major operations in London and Eagan, Minnesota. It employs 50,000 workers in 93 countries.

Its Manila Operations Center is spread across a handful of locations in Ayala, Makati and McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
