Integreon, majority owned by LiveIt, Ayala Corp.’s BPO holding company, signed the 10-year deal with CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, a European provider of legal and tax services. The agreement is considered the largest BPO deal signed to date in the Philippines. Integreon under the deal will provide services on accounting and finance, human resources and training, marketing and communications, learning and development, library and information services, research, information technology and facilities. “We chose Integreon because it is the only firm with a global network of experienced professionals that can meet our needs,” Duncan Weston, managing partner for CMS Cameron McKenna, said in a statement Tuesday Actis, a private equity company based in the UK, acquired in February a substantial minority stake in Integreon, giving the company two board seats.
